you may be right i was playing a long and i was noticing it didnt sound right thnks

the capo is on the 6th fret go on you tube

This is a semitone too high swell as it being on the wrong strings. The entire album is played with irregular tuning and a cappo on the 3rd/4th fret. My evidence is from observing the DVD from the album which clearly shows them playing it.
